For me the balance is not something super cool, pure, white, being positive and doing yoga every day and so on. For me the balance is to accept your bad sides and Good sides! Both trying to focus on your bad parts and trying to deal with them will double your focus on your bad parts, and in the end you will just feel unhappy. However, when you understand the negative and positive parts of yourself, you will take it easy. And if you try to feel yourself and your nature, you will understand what you should do less or more.
